Air Compressor: The primary funcion of the device is to generate compressed air, which is crucial for several aspects of laser cuting. incuding assisting in material removal and keeping the cutting area clear of debris.
Air Dryer: Moisture in compressed air can adversely afect laser cuting quality and equipment performance. The integrated air compressor includes an aildryer to remove moisture, ensuring clean and dry air for optimal cutting results.
Air Filter: Dust and other contaminants present in the air can damage sensitive laser optics and components. The integrated air compressor featres anair filter to trap particles, preventing them from entering the laser system and causing damage.
Air Tank: A builtin air tank provides a reservoir of compressed air, ensuring a consistent and reiable air supply to the laser cuting machine, even duringpeak operation. This helps maintain cutting quality and reduces the strain on the compressor motor.

A: One year for the whole machine and two years for air end.
Q4. What about the maintenance ?
A: First maintenance need to be done after 500Hours, and then every 2000-3000 hours to do the normal maintenance.

A: 1. The raw materials are strictly inspected.
2. Some key parts are imported from overseas.
3. Each compressor must pass at least 6 hours of continuous testing before leaving the factory.
